Trump’s selection to lead the FBI will inherit a heavy burden to restore the organization’s reputation.

The fall of now former FBI Director James Comey was due in large part to his loss of trust by the bureau’s boots on the ground. And though debate about the way his firing was handled continues, one thing is certain- that in order to regain its credibility and morale, it will be incumbent for the next director to have an appreciation and experience for the work and mission being carried out by our nation’s most elite law enforcement organization.
