GOP Doxxing Incident

By: - October 4, 2018

A Democratic congressional intern has been arrested for allegedly publishing private information of at least three Republican senators.

Jackson Cosko, 27, has allegedly posted personal information such as home addresses and phone numbers to Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch’s respective Wikipedia pages. The home addresses seem to be correct although the phone numbers do not look very accurate.

A Twitter bot that automatically tracks any changes made to Wikipedia entries from people in the US Congress first published the changes, but it was later removed because of the personal information.
