The sex-crimes prosecutor who questioned Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Rachel Mitchell, says should would not bring criminal charges against Kavanaugh because of inconsistencies in Ford’s testimony.
Mitchell has identified Dr. Ford’s case as “he said, she said” and it’s “even weaker than that.”
Mitchell has pointed out timing inconsistencies of the alleged incident as well as Ford having trouble naming Kavanaugh as the attacker as his name was not stated in any of the therapy notes taken down about the incident. Ford does not remember important details about the time of the attack and the exact party that it happened at.
