No, Bernie…Terrorists Will Never Vote

By: - April 24, 2019

As the presidential town halls heat up, candidates are finding themselves making statements that are leaving a lot of people shaking their heads in disbelief. The issues left-wing politicians have begun to campaign on are becoming more and more outrageous. As if it is a competition to see who can come up with the most outlandish policy proposal. For example, Democratic U.S. senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders, mentioned that “every single person should have the right to vote.” Not every citizen, every person. I take this statement as meaning illegals will have the same voting rights as U.S. citizens.

Sanders was asked if this concept applied to the Boston bombers, terrorists, and murderers. Sanders replied that it does! “So, I believe people commit crimes and they paid the price and they have the right to vote. I believe even if they’re in jail they’re paying their price to society but that should not take away their inherent American right to participate in our democracy,” said Sanders. People across the country were appalled to hear those words, myself included. First, if they’re illegal, they have no “American right” to anything, especially voting. Secondly, terrorists and murderers give up that right when they begin to take the lives of innocent Americans. They’re terrorists and murderers, not shoplifters.

Bernie honestly believes these despicable human beings deserve the right to vote and help navigate the direction of our country. Boston Marathon participants and on-lookers also had a right in 2013, the right to feel safe during a fun and friendly sporting event. Now that safe feeling has been altered for the entire country. If Osama bin Laden had been captured alive and placed in a U.S. prison, according to Bernie, he should be allowed to vote. Think about that again. Bernie is saying that terrorists who at one time wanted nothing more than the destruction of America have a right to participate in our democratic republic traditions. Absolute insanity. Imagine being the family of these victims and hearing those words from a Presidential candidate. This line of thinking is outrageous and completely weak- minded. If Bernie is willing to pander to terrorists and murderers, how can we have confidence that he would keep this country safe from a terrorist as the commander-in-chief? We couldn’t, and that’s why he will never be president.

So no, Bernie…terrorists will never vote.

    • Alejandro Mayorkas: The worst traitor in American history
I swear we are living in some kind of bizarro "Twilight Zone" episode, or a zombie apocalypse nightmare. Things are that bizarre in America nowadays. Forty-eight hours ago, I was watching a TV show on CBS when a promotion came on my TV screen for the CBS morning show. Host Gayle King (Oprah Winfrey's BFF)… […]
    • The hypocrisy of Earth Day
We are approaching Earth Day, the international celebration in which progressive politicians and celebrities exempt themselves from the green legislation they helped create, a celebration of the astounding ability of people to ignore laws of economics, physics and common sense in an effort to pretend their carbon footprint is impossibly dainty. Many participants are invited… […]

By Ed Thompson Smartism is the absurd idea that smart is bad. (THE BLAZE) -- es, Donald Trump is a mess at times. • Israel sends a message – but we're not near 'the end'
Is the conflict between Israel and Iran about to explode? Are we on the edge of World War III, if not Armageddon? The answer to all these questions is the same: not likely. But in saying this I do not claim supernatural, prophetic insight. Rather, my remarks are based on a general understanding of Scripture,… […]

    • Iran's attack on Israel: A sign of the times
Iran's attack on Israel on April 13, 2024, was without precedent. And it has prophetic significance, because the increasing isolation of Israel is one of the signs of the times that Jesus told us to be looking for. In the 21st chapter of Luke's gospel, Jesus gave the disciples a bird's-eye view of end-times events.… […]
