Sanctuary State: Judge Releases Illegal Alien Rapist of Wheelchair-Bound Woman—Not to ICE

By: - June 21, 2019

You ever ask a rhetorical question because even though you know there is no good answer for it, you secretly hope the person you’re talking to will have a good answer? Well, that’s how I felt this morning listening to a news story told by KVI 570 radio host John Carlson.

The rhetorical question: When is this psychotic sanctuary city, county, state sanctuary insanity going to stop?

Actually, I asked the rhetorical question only of myself, alone in my car, and I did have a good answer: When we start enforcing the law! Not that anyone listens to law enforcers.

Carlson reported that a King County Superior Court judge gave an illegal alien, Francisco Carranza-Ramirez, less than a year in jail after being convicted for raping a 32-year-old wheelchair-bound woman.

The victim exhibited the “compassion” so many people in “sanctuary jurisdictions” do for this man because he was posing as “homeless.” She met Carranza-Ramirez at a restaurant where she was eating with her one-year-old son.

She accepted his offer of a ride home. Dumb? Probably, but we weren’t there, and it’s amazing how many people get into trouble trying to avoid “offending” leftist-protected classes of people—in this case, the so-called homeless. Carranza-Ramirez, this animal, raped her in her home with her baby nearby. After committing his heinous crime, the violent illegal immigrant escaped.

A few days after the first rape, he returned to the victim’s home, knocked her out of her wheelchair and raped her again. Finally, the cops arrested Carranza-Ramirez who was convicted of only 3rd Degree Rape. I don’t know if there was a plea deal involved, but I suspect there was from the light charge.

Upon Carranza-Ramirez’s recent release, the judge ordered no supervision, told the man to stay away from the victim, issued a protection order, and ordered him to return to Mexico.

I know what your thinking: Notify ICE. Not in King County, Seattle, Washington. No, sanctuary policy prevented her from reporting him to ICE to make sure he found his way back south of the border. But she did tell him to provide proof he was back in Mexico. Wow! Hanging judge, right there, eh?

Carranza-Ramirez was back on the streets, free to wreak havoc once again against Americans, legal immigrants, and for that matter, other illegal aliens. Not surprisingly, two days after his release, instead of returning to Mexico, he returned to the victim’s house. Reportedly, he struck “her in the head with a large object, started strangling her, and threatened to murder her.”

As of this writing, the police have not located Carranza-Ramirez. The sheriff’s office and other local law enforcement state they are feverishly searching for him. Authorities believe he is hiding in an area south of Seattle, down to Tacoma.

With state, county, and municipalities’ hands off and sanctuary policies preventing law enforcement from assisting ICE or arresting the “homeless” in many Washington communities, Carranza-Ramirez could hide in vagrant camps with impunity. In fact, he’ll likely find another victim or two there.

Dori Monson of KIRO Radio 710 wrote, “Jay Inslee [WA governor and Democrat presidential candidate] and Bob Ferguson [Trump-deranged WA attorney general] and Dow Constantine [King County Executive] and Jenny Durkan [Seattle mayor] have stopped us. They are a bunch of sick people who have decided that the political benefits of embracing sanctuary state policy outweigh the human toll of imposing sanctuary state policy on women in wheelchairs who are getting raped.”

Monson also described the King County Prosecutor’s Office as “playing Human Roulette.”

If you want to advocate for immigration changes for “non-criminal” illegal immigrants, have at it. But, what is this Democrats’ deranged desire to assist and coddle violent criminal illegal aliens? Yes, this is another rhetorical question screaming for an answer.

I don’t know what that heavy object is the suspect used to assault the victim, but I do know if I dusted it for prints, I’d find Inslee’s, Ferguson’s, Constantine’s, and Durkan’s fingerprints all over it.
