McCain Allegedly Recited Dictators’ Names During Trump’s Inauguration

By: - May 27, 2019

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar (D) claims that during President Trump’s inauguration speech, now-deceased Senator John McCain kept reciting the names of dictators. According to Klobuchar, McCain “knew more than any of what we were facing as a nation.”

Klobuchar also alleges that McCain knew Trump more than “any of us.” McCain did have a contentious relationship with President Trump. Trump lambasted McCain several times on the 2016 campaign trail. And while many view McCain as a war hero, Trump frequently ridiculed his service, even though Trump himself avoided the Vietnam conflict.

McCain remained critical of Trump once he assumed the Oval Office. Of particular concern for McCain was Trump’s relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Following Trump’s summit with Putin, McCain stated:

“The damage inflicted by President Trump’s naiveté, egotism, false equivalence, and sympathy for autocrats is difficult to calculate.”

Klobuchar, for her part, played up her relationship with McCain. She also labeled Trump’s inauguration as a “dark inauguration.” She further claimed that “we” are on an “arch of justice.” Klobuchar is seeking to challenge Trump in 2020 but would first have to win a historically crowded Democratic Primary.

For now, Klobuchar will continue to be a thorn in the president’s side. And expect more jabs to come from Democrats hoping to win out the DNC primary race. While a few candidates have largely stayed away from criticizing President Trump, instead focusing on policy and other issues, most candidates are running on a strong anti-Trump platform.

And with the 2020 Presidential race fast approaching, President Trump can expect more criticism.

The Western Roman Empire had a long reign. Its death spiral began in 200 B.C. and by the early Middle Ages had been completed – the result of barbarian invasions and the movements of Germanic peoples. Sadly for the Romans, by the time they realized the barbarians were at their gate, it was too late… […]
    • What Putin told Tucker that our 'leaders' ignore
The United States of America has an enemies list. We are waging proxy wars against Russia and indirectly against the best interest of Israel. Lumping those two nations on an enemies list is a task that requires evil intent or stupidity, or both. But there it is. Go figure. Our government's enemies list is topped… […]

It's one thing to die from natural causes. Worse, to die from a disease leaked by Chinese scientists in a lab and allowed to wipe out millions. That is now almost certainly the explanation for the origins of COVID-19. And even worse? U.S. taxpayers paid for it. The U.S. government hasn't learned a thing. Disease… […]

When Secretary of State Antony Blinken held a press conference last week to announce that the State Department was releasing its 2023 country reports on human rights practices, he said the People's Republic of China was engaging in genocide in Xinjiang Province. • Protests are pro-Palestinian? No, rather pro-Hamas & anti-Jew
No, I don't believe for a split second that suddenly, college students all over America really care about the plight of the Palestinians. I don't believe this anymore than, a few years ago, people around the globe were suddenly concerned about the plight of black Americans when they marched for BLM. Not a chance. Instead,… […]
