The Corruption of Our Youth Through Political Ideology Indoctrination, Not Education

By: - May 20, 2018

A recent survey came out and the results were frightening and, quite honestly, the main motivation in writing this article. As reported by the Washington Times, most millennials would rather live in a socialist or communist nation than under capitalism. That, my friends, is the culmination and end result of the takeover of our education system.

Polls have suggested that millennials are far more inclined to socialism than older cohorts. For instance, the Pew Research Center found that 43 percent of 18-29 year olds had a positive reaction to the word socialism, compared to 33 percent of 30-49 year olds, 23 percent of 50-64 year olds, and 14 percent of those 65-plus.

In fact, in the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation’s “Annual Report on U.S. Attitudes Toward Socialism,” 58 percent of the up-and-coming generation opted for one of the three systems, compared to 42 percent who said they were in favor of capitalism.

Bottom Line: The most popular socioeconomic order was socialism, with 44 percent of the study group in support.

Marion Smith, executive director of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, said it best: “This troubling turn highlights widespread historical illiteracy in American society regarding socialism and the systemic failure of our education system to teach students about the genocide, destruction, and misery caused by communism since the Bolshevik Revolution one hundred years ago.”

The root cause of this is simple, most millennials and today’s youth simply do not know what socialism means and they have been educated…I mean indoctrinated, into the acceptance of the idea of socialism by clever word tricks. In short, liberalism is the new socialism. Who can forget the now famous quote of Norman Thomas, the first (and six-time) presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America: “The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of “liberalism,” they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened. I no longer need to run as a presidential candidate for the Socialist Party. The Democratic Party has adopted our platform.”

So when did socialism become the norm? When did it become a badge of honor? Wasn’t it not too long ago that being called a socialist in American politics was an insult and almost a clear-cut death knell to any run for public office?

The meteoric rise of Bernie Sanders in the 2016 election was a wakeup call. According to a report in the Federalist, in 2016, the Iowa caucus entrance poll found Sanders garnered an overwhelming 84 percent of the 30-and-under vote. Exit polls from New Hampshire found 85 percent support for Sanders among voters ages 30 and younger. What is going on?

You see, one of the platforms of the Communist Manifesto is “free education for all children in public schools.”And they have succeeded. Even private schools are regulated by the ominous Department of Education. But what exactly are our schools teaching? Could it very well be, that just as it is spelled out in the Manifesto, that the purpose of our schools is to “indoctrinate” our youth to work for the communal debt program (Federal Reserve)? Our education system is an outcome based system. This type of education is used so that children can be indoctrinated and inculcated into the “group think” of the concepts of “majority rules” and “pay your fair share.” Now, in case you didn’t know, we are not a Democracy and we are not “majority rules.” We are a constitutional Republic; there is a difference.

For the sake of argument, here is the best explanation of the difference between Democracy (mob rule) and a Constitutional Republic I have ever heard.

Assume you have a group of four men and two women and they are having a vote on whether the men will rape the women. In a Democracy where majority rules, the men outnumber the women and they win the vote and so proceed to rape the women.

But in a Republic, the four men elect a representative and the women elect a representative. Now you have one man representing the men and one woman representing the women. They hold the same vote on the rape. One to one, it’s a tie. No rape occurs. Oh, and in a Republic, the women carry guns.

But even more to the point, can someone please show me where in the constitution, the Bill of Rights, or in the Internal Revenue Code the words “pay your fair share” are used or even suggested?

The fact of the matter is that the philosophical abstract concept of “paying your fair share” comes directly out of a Communism maxim: “From each according to their ability, to each according to their need!” This concept is pure socialism and was a slogan popularized by Karl Marx.

But millennials are neither concerned with nor are they adverse to socialism. Case in point: a national Reason-Rupe survey found that 53 percent of 18-to-29-year-olds view socialism favorably, compared to only a quarter of Americans over 55. A more recent January YouGov survey found that 43 percent of respondents younger than 30 viewed socialism favorably, compared to 32 percent thinking favorably of capitalism.

In short, Democratic socialism (aka communism) is sweeping the nation especially among millennials who have been indoctrinated into believing they are doing “what’s right.”

The problem is that they are simply not being taught history or civics. Most of the youth in college today could not tell you that the concept of socialism was introduced into the United States as early as the 19th century by utopian communities like the Shakers.

Then there were the activists pushing for labor parties. These activists were mostly immigrants from Britain and Germany. Then there are the Jewish immigrants who founded the Socialist Labor Party in 1877, with many of their decedents espousing the same ideology.

We now see the effects of this in today’s labor unions such as the NEA, SEIU, Teamsters, and so on. A large part of the problem was from the enormous number of European immigrants coming to America. Especially after the reconstruction period of our history.

The reason socialism took a strong hold was due to an absolute refusal by these immigrants to assimilate into the American way of life, unlike their predecessors who made it a point of pride to assimilate and learn the language. As a result, by 1901, the Socialist Party of America was born.

Sound familiar? Just take a look at my article regarding the modern-day invasion of America by Muslims. It is the same methodology.

It has now been over a century, and socialism has taken root. For decades we were able to keep it at bay, due in large part to our Constitution and our education system. We taught civics and history. It was a requirement for graduation. But not anymore. With the takeover of our education system by socialists through the enactment of the Department of Education in 1979 and the Social Security Act of 1945, it was all over. It was by all accounts the beginning of the end for the Republic. Today, Democratic Socialist of America (DSA), a 501(c)(3) founded by Michael Harrington, is alive and well and making great strides in this takeover of the United States of America.

After World War II, America experienced an age of growth and prosperity never before seen anywhere in the world. And that is when they strike. Because they feed on your guilt and make you feel bad about yourself for not helping the “less fortunate.” Unfortunately, when you convince an otherwise prosperous people that they need to be taken care of and you “give” them just enough…it’s a magnet for complacency.

Case in point: instead of being responsible for our own retirement and saving our own money we, instead, give it to the government to manage. So how’s that working out for us? Social Security is, for all intents and purposes… bankrupt.

But Social Security wasn’t enough. Oh no, due to ignorance and an unwillingness to educate and prepare ourselves we were convinced to enact a plethora of other “socially conscious” programs like Medicaid, welfare, food stamps, affordable housing, and the list goes on. The problem is, these programs truly only serve and benefit the very socialist who created them. If history teaches us nothing else whatsoever…it teaches us that.

Billions and billions of dollars are lost every year in fraud and “pork” to fund and run these programs.

But it is our own damn fault. We allow this to happen. We allow it by not educating ourselves or our children. We have placed the education of our children into the very hands of the government who wants to control the narrative. We allow it by electing the same lying, thieving politicians over and over. Nancy Pelosi ring a bell? What about John McCain?

The fact is that Socialists are some of the most patient and insidious people on the planet. Just look at any socialist or communist country for proof. The Socialists (a.k.a. Communists) slowly but surely poison a society with false promises, all the while removing more and more freedoms from individuals while amassing more and more power to the government…and of course to those individuals (politicians) who “run” the government.

These people are the all-knowing advocates of social justice. Left to your own devices, you are naturally racist, greedy, selfish, unworthy of freedom, and in need of handouts. In the eyes of a Socialist, they are the ones that know what is best and, by God, they are going to make you conform—like it or not. Honestly, this is just way too Orwellian for me.

Our weak and feeble-minded millennials (because they are not taught critical thinking skills) willingly follow and cheer avowed socialists like Bernie Sanders for no other reason other than because they simply do not understand socialism. But more importantly, because any word of dissent is harshly shut down. There is no dialog. Just look at our college campuses today. No longer are they the bastions of free speech and healthy debate. They are indoctrination camps…plain and simple.

That’s how it starts. They silence speech and debate. It’s why the entire “political correctness movement” was born. They are the Orwellian “thought police.” You can’t say this, you can’t say that, its racist, homophobic, anti-Muslim, sexist, misogynistic, and on and on.

Then they relentlessly fight to take away your gun rights. Again, if history teaches us nothing it teaches us that in all socialist countries, speech and weapons are the first two rights taken from citizens before the final march to socialism can be finalized with communism right around the corner.

And you now have Americans who willingly allow themselves to be shut down, and who would willingly give up their gun rights for government provided “safety.” They willingly allow themselves to be dictated to by the same people who are working tirelessly to transform America from a free society to a socialist hellhole. It’s absolute insanity.

Read Saul Alinsky’s book “Rules for Radicals.” This is the bible of the leftist movement that is funded by globalists such as George Soros, but also includes many members of Congress, lobbyists and, yes, even Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush. See if it does not sound exactly like what is going on right now. Open your eyes! We are at a crossroads folks; we are losing our country.

Trump cannot do it alone! We must keep up the fight and make sure we are electing the right people to office. Then and only then can we take on the Department of Education and the colleges and universities that are the burgeoning bastions of socialism.
