MENūD – You can’t outwork a bad diet

It was a personal turning point in Army (Infantry/Intelligence) veteran Neil Whitney’s life when his diet and wellness began to suffer after a knee surgery, a turning point that ultimately changed his professional trajectory to that of an entrepreneur. He sought a simple plan to eat healthy, and the echo of military lessons to follow the leader and mimic the behavior of successful people inspired an idea. In 2015, he co-founded MEnūD, a national subscription application that offers a user-friendly data base tool to eat healthy based on the advice from popular celebrity role models, including personal trainer Erin Oprea (a former Marine) to P-90X sensation Tony Horton (whose father served in the Army).
