A book is being promoted now – it’s coming in 2026 – that claims abortion, the deliberate and wanton killing of unborn children, is a “superpower.”

That’s according to the pro-abortion industry leader called Shout Your Abortion, which said in an online description of the book, aimed at children as young as five years old, “Abortion is Everything,” that it “speaks directly to five to eight-year-olds about what abortion is, how it might feel, and why people have abortions.”

It’s all with “inclusive language” and “frames abortion as the actualization of a uniquely human superpower: our capacity to imagine the future and make choices that lead us towards the life we envision.”

And the reaction included, from the Gateway Pundit, the facts, from Sarah Gabel Seifert, a mother of two and CEO of a pro-life diaper company.

“Abortion is not ‘everything.’ Abortion ends everything. It ends a life,” she explained. “Our children deserve a better narrative. We should be teaching them about the beauty, dignity and value of every human life, and that life should be celebrated, protected and defended from the moment of conception.”

She said, on social media, “Imagine trying to sanitize abortion for 5-year-olds — turning it into a bright, cheerful picture book called ‘Abortion Is Everything.’ But abortion isn’t everything. It ends everything — a heartbeat, a future, a God-ordained life. This is one of the clearest pictures of a culture of death I’ve seen.”

The report cited how the book “bizarrely” celebrates the destruction of the unborn.

It explained Shout Your Abortion is behind the book, a group that used “artist” Rachel Kessler, “activist” Amelia Bonow” and Emily Nokes, who “illustrated” the product, for a scheme that “empowers parents and kids to begin rewriting our cultural scripts about abortion at the most foundational level.”

Fox News reported the “strong backlash” to the book.

The report said, “The pro-life organization Live Action noted that Bonow has a history of promoting abortion to children, pointing to her appearance in a ‘Kids Meet’ video series in 2019 in which she discussed her own abortion experience.”

Seifert added, “We need to offer a counter-cultural message that children are not the problem—they are a gift. We need more children in this world, not less. Children are our legacy, and parenthood is a blessing worth honoring and protecting.”

Its promoters describe the book as “juvenile nonfiction.”
