Dave Farrow and Mitch “Savage in Business” Cammidge deliver practical frameworks for preparation, scalability, and monetization

December 11, 2025

BrainHackers LIVE: Victory Loves Preparation, Your 2026 Revenue Strategy! brought together entrepreneurs, authors, consultants, and service-based business owners for a candid, strategy-driven discussion on how to increase revenue without burning out. The live session was hosted by Dave Farrow, Guinness World Record–holding memory expert and founder of Farrow Communications, alongside Mitch Cammidge, widely known as “Savage in Business.”

Rather than focusing on hype or short-term tactics, the conversation centered on preparation, consistency, and clear-eyed business fundamentals. Drawing from their own setbacks including health challenges, business losses, and market shifts. Farrow and Cammidge emphasized that sustainable growth comes from understanding what customers actually want, testing ideas at small scale, and then scaling what works

“Victory doesn’t come from perfection,” said Farrow. “It comes from preparing, putting ideas into the market early, listening to feedback, and then scaling with confidence.”

The session underscored that long-term revenue growth comes from preparation and clarity rather than guesswork, with Mitch Cammidge emphasizing that many businesses overcomplicate growth instead of focusing on fundamentals like understanding the customer, testing pricing, and being realistic about the effort required to scale. Attendees learned that revenue is best expanded through iteration building multiple offerings around a strong core product, such as subscriptions, speaking, licensing, AI-driven content, or community access rather than constantly reinventing the business. Dave Farrow highlighted the importance of refining quality at a small scale first, using early feedback to sharpen messaging and offers before multiplying results through automation, email, media, and content platforms. Both speakers stressed that credibility significantly accelerates conversion, as third-party validation through media and trusted platforms builds trust far faster than self-promotion. A recurring theme for authors was that books should be treated as platforms, not endpoints, with real financial upside coming from adjacent opportunities like speaking, education, fan communities, and intellectual property, not book sales alone.
