An illegal alien given special permission to be in the United States under Barack Obama’s DACA scheme, that plan providing “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals,” is facing charges after allegedly killing four people in a wrong-way crash while driving intoxicated in Oklahoma.

Michael Rosario-Cruz, 27, was booked into the Canadian County Jail on a list charges including second-degree murder, drunken driving, causing great bodily injury, open container, firearm possession and more.

Authorities charge he was had been drinking, then went driving.

He was westbound in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 in Canadian County when he hit another vehicle head-on.

Authorities charged they found empty beer bottles inside his vehicle.

The Gateway Pundit reported all four people in the vehicle Rosario-Cruz hit, Kiercey Hickson, 20, Quincy Jones, 19, Haliegh Salazar, 18, and Brad Palmer, 18, died in the crash.

State patrol officials said the suspect was intoxicated at the time.

“Driving impaired is a reckless, life-changing decision,” the Highway Patrol confirmed on social media. “The loss of these young lives will have a lasting impact on countless family members, friends, and communities.”

It was under Obama’s rule that Rosario-Cruz was given DACA status, authorities confirmed.

Tim Tipton, of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, said the suspect had been living in Tennessee but was at work project in Oklahoma at the time.

“This murder took place with somebody who should never have been in this country… who was here illegally,” Tipton charged.

The suspect now is the subject of an ICE detainer request, meaning federal authorities want to take him into custody when he is released so they can begin deportation proceedings.
