Maddow Ratings Crash as Viewers Get Wise

By: - June 4, 2019

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow is undergoing a lot of problems. Her pet rats Stalin and Trotsky have mange, Liberace called and wants his hair back, and she is beyond sad that her local Womyn’s Bookstore doesn’t yet carry “My Big Golden Book of Authoritarian Socialism.”

To add insult to injury, her ratings, after she cried wolf for months on the collusion hoax, have tanked and even hard-left agitprop purveyors The New York Times is barring their people from appearing on her show, deeming it too leftist.

Having The New York Times think you are too leftist is like having Himmler think you are too hard on the Jews.

Maddow has lost 500,000 viewers since the Mueller Report came out. After that she fell another 13 percent compared to the same time last year, getting killed by Tucker Carlson, who she once sparred with for first place in cable punditry.

Of course, she attributes her media woes on the nefarious Trump operation stymying her at every turn. If so, did they just decide to do it after the Mueller Report came out?

I ran into Maddow, almost literally, three years ago at the Dem National Convention in Philly. We were both walking in Rittenhouse Square and the tall Maddow ambulated right by me. Her shadow in the evening light cast an image not unlike a lanky moose taking a casual stroll. Though in this case, a very communist moose.

She will continue to make up absurd things about the president then blame him when they are shown to be false. Her viewers, dwindling in quantity but making up in rabid ferocity what they lack in intellect or numbers, will continue to buy her specific brand of leftist lunacy. MSNBC, and she is a cash and otherwise cow for this media arm of the Dems, will keep her on the air.

And thank God for it.

Because her recent travails remind us that some people will come to their senses when, as always, the left is shown to be the flim-flam gender ambiguities that they are.

Thus her program will diminish until her only reliable viewers left will be the aforementioned Bolshevik rodents. Though even her pet vermin are having second thoughts. After all, they already spend enough time crawling through garbage.

    • K.C. athlete kicks on the leftist outrage machine
On May 11, Kansas City Chiefs placekicker Harrison Butker gave the commencement address at Benedictine College, a Catholic school in Kansas. Within 48 hours, the media elites were ablaze with outrage. There's a "growing uproar," warned NBC's Hoda Kotb. A Catholic speaker talked about Catholic issues to Catholic graduates. But the Butker critics who aren't… […]
    • Another big lie: Liberals are more 'caring' than conservatives
People often ask, "How do you handle mean, vicious people when out in public?" The truth is I rarely encounter nastiness. It does happen, but thankfully, it is pretty rare. In general, when people don't like me, they possess the maturity to restrain themselves from verbal road rage. I conduct myself the same way when… […]

    • From the Pit to Power: An election drama in 2 acts
Joe Biden's claim, speaking recently to Democrat donors, that Donald Trump intends to be a democracy-demolishing dictator, if elected, is shameless. "He's saying it out loud," Biden seethed. No, Joe, he didn't. The accusation stems from Trump's playful response to a Sean Hannity question during a December town hall meeting in Iowa. To anyone watching… […]
    • Too many laws, too little freedom
We are caught in a vicious cycle of too many laws, too many cops, and too little freedom. It's hard to say whether we're dealing with a kleptocracy (a government ruled by thieves), a kakistocracy (a government run by unprincipled career politicians, corporations and thieves that panders to the worst vices in our nature and… […]
