Under Joe Biden’s administration, the FBI staged a SWAT-style raid on President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
Now a report is revealing his administration was told there was no basis for probable cause, meaning the raid was illegal and they knew it.
And they did it anyway.
Now Congress is expected to act on the knowledge of that politicization and weaponization by Biden of the federal government against his political foe.
A report at Just the News explains Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel have documents and are giving them to Congress.
They include “bombshell emails showing the FBI warned that the Biden Justice Department did not have probable cause to raid President Donald Trump‘s home at Mar-a-Lago, but prosecutors proceeded anyway,” the report said.
The revelations come just as Jack Smith, the failed special prosecutor assigned to carry the burden of Democrat lawfare cases against Trump who lost the cases when Trump was re-elected, is expected to testify to Congress about the lawfare.
“The memos show the FBI’s Washington field office ‘does not believe they established probable cause’ prior to raiding Trump’s Florida home, according to one source with direct knowledge of the memos about to be turned over to Congress,” Just the News confirmed.
That raid became a flashpoint in the battle between Trump and Biden and triggered indictments against Trump that later were dismissed.
The FBI, at the raid, staged government documents on the floor of Mar-a-Lago and released images in what could only be seen at the time as an attempt to make Trump look guilty.
Smith was ordered by the House Judiciary Committee to deliver a closed-door deposition to provide evidence for the committee’s investigation of the weaponization of government.
Ex-Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed he authorized the raid personally:

But there long have been discussions about how the raid actually wasn’t legitimate:

And Patel has confirmed the FBI had no reason to pursue the raid:

At Not the Bee was the comment: “If true, it means Biden’s people did not only ignore the law and violate Trump’s constitutional rights, but they knew they were violating the law and did it anyway.”
The report said:
“The raid was conducted in order to find classified documents that Trump had allegedly failed to turn over when his first term ended. (Notably, classified documents were also found in Biden’s garage and office, but a DOJ investigator found Biden is too senile to stand trial.) Meanwhile, the special counsel appointed by the Biden admin to investigate Trump, Jack Smith, doggedly sought to destroy The Donald, going as far as to challenge the Supreme Court in order to get the authorization to do so. Smith has now been called before Congress to testify about his role in leading what many perceive to be a coup to keep a political rival from being democratically elected by the will of the American people.”
