As independent candidate for Los Angeles mayor launched a campaign featuring new ads literally cleaning up the filthy sidewalks of the city by power washing, some well-known leftist celebrities are “freaking out” over the former reality TV’s surge against Democrat Mayor Karen Bass.
On Sunday, Pratt posted video showing campaign pitches scrubbing off the embedded grime from sidewalks and leaving his name visible with the message, “Imagine if the streets were this clean.”

“It’s time to think bigger for LA. We don’t have to accept the filth and the decline. We have the greatest slice of heaven on Earth with our city, and we deserve better,” Pratt explained. “Let’s clean this city together.”

The clip features a self-described activist who says “the corrupt Karen Bass came after me.”
“She sent her little goons after me,” the woman explained.

On Saturday, Drew Carey, host of TV’s “The Price Is Right”, went nuclear on Pratt, saying without any redactions: “Anyone who votes for, or endorses Spencer Pratt for Mayor of LA needs to get their head out of their a**. I understand being angry/unsatisfied, but at least get behind someone competent and not some serial scammer without a soul or moral compass. F*** this guy already.”

His remarks come on the heels of an Instagram video posted by comedian Chelsea Handler, who blasted Pratt’s candidacy, saying: “This is your reminder that a straight, white male, former reality star that has no previous experience in government should not be a legitimate political candidate.”

Pratt fired back at both Carey and Handler, saying: “Isn’t it weird how the two comedians histrionically lashing out against me are both in the ‘Epstein files’? What are the odds?”

Monday on “Fox & Friends,” co-anchor Lawrence Jones said of Pratt: “After he’s been gaining such ground and such support by being so organic, you’re seeing the elites attack him in a big way.”
Co-host Griff Jenkins added: “Spencer Pratt, who people months ago weren’t taking him seriously, are now worried he’s actually, possibly, got a real shot. And you look at the fundraising … Spencer Pratt has raised over $2 million compared to Karen Bass who barely has over $200,000. And it’s not just the L.A. fires issue what started his campaign, but the whole part about the crime, the homeless, the potholes … . And all of a sudden Angelinos are saying … life under Mayor Bass sucks.”

“So people like Drew Carey are freaking out that he’s gaining this kind of traction,” Jenkins concluded.
People always ask me, “how can we fix LA? We don’t have the money!”

As WorldNetDaily reported, President Donald Trump was asked last week what he thought about Pratt.
“I’d like to see him do well. He’s a character,” Trump replied. “I heard he’s a big MAGA person. He’s doing well.”

“You have a rigged vote out there, that’s the problem. The votes are rigged. You have a really rigged vote in California. You have all the mail-in ballots, everything else. Very hard to win because the elections are very dishonest.
“If we had Jesus Christ come down and count the votes, I would have won California because I do great with Hispanics. But it’s a rigged vote. They send out 38 million votes, nobody knows where they’re going. Of course, the Democrats do, I guess, but disproportionately the Democrats get many more votes. Some get eight votes, they get eight cards. And Republicans have to call in [asking] ‘Where’s my card?’ It’s a rigged system.”
The election for Los Angeles mayor takes place Tuesday, June 2.
