Through his books, leadership consulting, culture-shaping and motivational keynote speeches, he strives to make an impact in the world. For 10 years, Jason led thousands of people to build 125 houses internationally for families living in poverty and developed a program to serve the homeless on the streets of Columbus, Ohio. In 2004, Jason received a Jefferson Award, a national award given to “Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things.” In 2014, Business First named him one of their 40 Under 40 Award Winners.
