Hey Guys, Don’t You Just Love Barack?

According to CNN’s Don Lemon you do.

As the ratings sink deeper and deeper into the abyss, they lost another 16 percent of their primetime audience in May, at the Communist News Network they have decided to embrace full-on hallucination. As such, Monday night Mr. Lemon said of the disgraced 44th president, “even if you disagree with his politics” (referring to his base, namely us), one still considers the Islamist undercover operative “a decent, kind man who was very classy all the time.”

Forgetting for the moment that the use of the word “classy” evokes a gum-popping 1940s-era showgirl, Lemon was contradicted by Chris Cuomo who opined, “They thought he was divisive, they thought he was playing to race, they thought he was trying to marginalize being white in this country, that he didn’t think America was special.”

Lemon repeated his “Barack Obama is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I’ve ever known in my life” mantra.

Yup, you gotta be pretty far gone when Chris Cuomo has to correct you about Trump base voters.

The start of Lemon’s televised love note was the comparison of the reception the gun-running-to-drug-cartels former president got at an NBA game, where he received a standing ovation, and the protests against the president in London.

Let’s see, one is a rapturous reaction for a member of the Baath Party at a crushingly boring athletic event that sports a slightly different demographic than a state visit for the Leader of the Free World where he is graciously welcomed by the Queen of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland herself and the primary leaders of her government.

But the underlying factor is that people like Mr. Lemon will brook no opposition to their more than mancrush on the electoral slayer of first, a geezer, then a nitwit. How dare even the Trump base have any feeling other than orgasmic bliss when it comes to Barry the Bolshevik!

Not to mention that the former Traitor-in-Chief himself is said to have taken personal insult at the election of Donald Trump. So Lemon, if we all adore him so much how could we possibly have insulted him?

Though not to worry. Attitudes of fantasy like that of Lemon and CNN will blind them to the Trump campaign’s tactics and stratagem. When the president is reelected Lemon can tell us once again how Trump is loathed and Obama revered.

And once again, the election results will tell a different story.
