Referring to the recent incident in which President Trump’s security team switched planes before a flight from Turkey, an Iranian lawmaker posted a veiled threat Monday, saying the commander in chief may have to hide in a food truck.
Fox News highlighted the X post, translated into English:
“The U.S. President ought to worry about his own security rather than his endless bluffing regarding the Strait of Hormuz; before he ends up hiding in a food truck.”
It was Ebrahim Azizi, the head of the national security commission for the Iranian parliament, who posted the remark.
رئیس جمهور آمریکا به جای بلوف زنی های پی در پی در رابطه با تنگه هرمز باید به فکر تأمین امنیت خود باشد تا مجبور به پناه بردن به کامیون غذا نشود.

Meanwhile, Trump addressed the issue of the Strait of Hormuz with reporters in the Oval Office Monday.
“I like the idea of declaring it a territory,” Trump said. “We have total control over the Strait.”
