While independent journalist Nick Shirley has made a name for himself uncovering massive financial fraud in states such as Minnesota and California, his mother is actually on a similar mission, exposing apparent voter fraud with people supposedly 126 years old still casting ballots.
Brooke Shirley, who is known online as Brooker Tee Jones, just posted a new TikTok video in which she says: “How many people do you know that are over 126 years old? Well, according to the state of California, there are multiple people that are 126 years old who are still registered to vote and they voted in the last presidential election.”
“On this list right here, this person [whose birthday is] 3/28/1900, voted in the last election. Is this person still alive? I don’t know, but according to this list, this person voted in the last presidential election.”
She stressed, “This is why we need identification when we go to vote. If this woman had her I.D. when she went to vote, yeah, we’d be able to see that this person is 126 years old and is voting.”

“Most likely all these people are dead, but they’re still voting. We need voter I.D. so we can actually know who is voting here in America. It’s that simple. Show your identification card, we’ll be able to match up your birthday to the person who’s voting, and we’ll be able to clean up our voter rolls.”
She concluded: “We need voter I.D. here in America to actually save our voting systems and to have accurate elections.”
Some online comments include:
“Wow, multiple people at 126 years old. I bet they all share a Jan. 1 birthday as well. What a crazy coincidence. It has to be fraud and not just using the known default placeholder as 1/1/1900, which was very common for typos in birthday or those who registered decades ago.”
“This is how Democrats cheat in elections. Voter records for dead citizens and people who have moved to other jurisdictions are kept on the rolls. Then fraudulent ballots are submitted in their names so the votes look legitimate and legal.”
The U.S. Congress is still debating the SAVE America Act, which would require photo identification and proof of citizenship to vote.
Just last week, well-known undercover journalist James O’Keefe and his team released another video of what appears to be additional election fraud in California.
“This week we saw videos of people, petitioners, paying homeless people cash and telling them to forge the signatures of other registered voters,” O’Keefe told the National News Desk.
The outlet reported: “The video captured petition circulators allegedly paying the homeless along L.A.’s skid row $2-$3 per form to sign ballot petitions. Using the names and addresses of real registered voters and forging their signatures.”
