Kavanaugh Faces More Accusations

By: - September 24, 2018

Debbie Ramirez is the second person to come forward with accusations against Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct at a party in the 80s. Ramirez was former classmates with Kavanaugh at Yale and claims Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a college party during the 1983-1984 school year.

Ramirez admitted she had been drinking at the time so there are some gaps in her memory about the incident. A male classmate who remains anonymous, has stated that he was told about Kavanaugh exposing himself to Ramirez within a few days after the incident occurred.

Ramirez has spent the last six days “carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney.”

Kavanaugh has since denied the allegations calling it “a smear, plain and simple.”
