It’s another case of the cryptic “8647.”
And a U.S. senator says it’s coming from the president of a school board who is “calling for the murder” of President Donald Trump.
Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., shared an X post by Judy Moticka, president of the school board in Kirkwood, Missouri, who used the numeric term that some feel is a call to assassination.
“Nothing to see here just the President of the Kirkwood, MO school board Judy Moticka calling for the murder of the President of the United States,” Schmitt said Monday.
“No news coverage about it. Just the casual acceptance of the Luigi Left’s assassination culture.”
The “Luigi Left” is a reference to those on the political Left who support Luigi Mangione, the alleged assassin of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was gunned down in New York City in December 2024.

While Moticka did not use words such as “kill” or “murder” in relation to Trump, the term “8647” is believed by many to be an open call to assassinate the 47th president.
Former FBI Director James Comey is facing criminal charges for his famous Instagram seashell posting with those numerals, potentially signaling would-be political assassins.
Federal prosecutors say the post is “a serious expression of an intent to do harm” to Trump, and Comey faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary does not have killing among its definitions of the term “86”, though it does say it can mean to reject, dismiss or remove someone.
Moticka’s biography on the Kirkwood district website says: “In her personal and professional life, and in volunteer service, she has focused on children – protecting them, empowering them, supporting them.”
Jim Hoft at the Gateway Pundit noted: “She says she wants to protect kids … by calling for the assassination of the president!”
Schmitt’s post on X includes a wide range of reaction, including:
“Judy Moticka is around our children and in our community in Kirkwood MO. She needs to be investigated immediately. She needs to be removed from our Kirkwood school board. Our children and communities safety is all that matters.”
“A visit to this idiot by the US SS and her being kicked off the school board is not enough. She needs to lose whatever job she has and be arrested for promoting the death of a US President.”
“Just to be clear, for the supporters on here saying 86 … isn’t big deal, and get over it; what if someone said 86 – your wife, 86 – your child? Get the same feels, or no?”
“I have news for you, and I had two graduate from Kirkwood, she isn’t alone. The entire administration at the high school have been doing this stuff since ‘Hands up don’t shoot’ lies were spewed. I’d tell you who’s behind it but I don’t need that headache. Love the school, despised the administration.”
