After a foul-mouthed and vile tirade against various members of the Trump administration, Peter Fonda went on to make violent and sexually-tinged threats against President Trump’s twelve-year-old son Baron.
“We should rip Barron Trump from his mother’s arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles and see if mother will stand up against the giant a**hole she is married to. 90 million people in the streets on the same weekend in the country. F*ck.” That is the censored version of the since-deleted tweet from Peter Fonda.
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, the 78-year-old actor and outspoken political “activist” went on a misogynistic and threatening rant in which he called Kirstjen Nielsen, the current United States secretary of Homeland Security, a “lying gash” that should be stripped naked and beaten in public. Fonda also went on to refer to Sarah Sanders as the same, saying she was worse than a “c*nt.” Fonda also encouraged a cyber attack that would “hack this system” so they could obtain the home addresses of ICE and Border Patrol agents. Then Fonda decided to take it to the next level and said that Barron Trump, the preteen child of President Trump, should be taken from his mother, caged, and given over to pedophiles.
“I tweeted something highly inappropriate and vulgar about the president and his family in response to the devastating images I was seeing on television. Like many Americans, I am very impassioned and distraught over the situation with children separated from their families at the border, but I went way too far. It was wrong and I should not have done it. I immediately regretted it and sincerely apologize to the family for what I said and any hurt my words have caused,” indicated a statement from Peter Fonda.
Fonda is no stranger to extremist political controversies; he is the brother of the extreme leftist “Hanoi Jane” Fonda, who infamously supported the enemies of the United States during the Vietnam War. Much like Jane’s half-hearted pseudo-apology for her vile actions supporting those killing American service members during the war, Peter also issued a weak apology in which he compared his version of being upset to being “like many Americans.” Sorry, Pete, even those who are upset about the conditions on the border would never resort to calling for the kidnapping and sexual assault of a child in retaliation to a policy they disliked.
I didn’t think it was possible but @iamfonda found a way to be as disgusting as his sister Jane was when she stood with the enemy in Vietnam.
Doesn’t get more vile than wishing for a young boy to be raped by pedophiles.
There’s a special place in hell…

When the President’s son, Donald Trump Jr., responded to Fonda and called him out for being a bully and coward for threatening a child, it inspired at least one user on Twitter to post a disturbing follow-on threat to Donald Jr.’s child, Chloe. The author of that tweet was Pat Dussault, a 38-year-old television writer from Canada. He has since apologized and deleted his Twitter account. We’re still waiting on word if he will be invited to write for ABC on their rumored Roseanne spinoff.
First Lady Melania Trump was so shook up over the vile and threatening content of Fonda’s tweet that she contacted the United States Secret Service, the agents of which are conducting an investigation.
It’s time for a vigorous pro-active @SecretService response to kidnap and rape threats against the twelve-year-old child of the @POTUS. This simply cannot be tolerated. Were this the #Obamas’ children, the perpetrator would rightfully have been arrested. https://t.co/7Ld1lKiYDo
