From Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., the Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. James F. Amos, presents the Medal of Honor flag to Cpl. Kyle Carpenter. The ceremony includes a full parade by the President’s Own Marine Band and the Commandant’s Own Drum and Bugle Corps.
