President Donald Trump on Tuesday tweeted that he has a “much bigger” nuclear button than Kim Jong Un in what appears to be the latest in the brinksmanship by Twitter saga between the two national leaders.
The President sent the tweet as a follow up to the North Korean dictator’s New Year remarks that the world would have to accept the “reality” of a nuclear North Korea as well as the fact that Kim Jong Un had the button on his desk “at all times.”
In addition to pointing out that he has a “much bigger” and “more powerful” nuclear button as part of his reality check, President Trump emphasized that “my button works.”
