Woman Accusing Kavanaugh is Willing to Testify Publicly

Debra Katz is the lawyer for a woman that is accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct at a party while they were in high school. Katz has said that her client, Christine Blasey Ford, is willing to testify publicly to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Ford has accused Kavanaugh of pushing her into a bedroom and trying to remove her clothes and putting his hand over her mouth when she tried to scream for help. Kavanaugh said in a statement that he denies the allegation.

Ford decided to come forward publicly on Sunday.
