The show is so effective, they have received calls from places they never dreamed of, like Uruzgan, Khost, Helmand – the places closest to the Taliban. They maintain a focus on issues such as healthcare, literacy, and most importantly, the economic opportunity available to them. It’s amazing to see such unity, compassion, and ally-ship amongst women around the world. It’s amazing what a radio show can do.
