At the same time, a package arrived at the Jacksonville, Florida NAACP offices. Thankfully, the mail carrier had been busy that day and set it aside to be opened later. After seeing the reports of the bombings, she reported the package which did indeed contain a bomb. Who could be sending these packages of death?
