Two days after Judge Vance was murdered, a second package arrived wrapped in brown paper to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. This package also contained a pipe bomb, only this time it was surrounded by nails. Thankfully, the security guards were able to detect the bomb and the proper authorities were able to defuse it before any damage took place.
