Si Robertson, a Vietnam veteran himself, has made several appearances speaking out about the importance of caring for our nation’s veterans. The family has stood strong behind their Christian faith and taken those principles with them as they have traveled visiting the United States Armed Forces.
The Robertson family have gone on USO tours, including to Afghanistan, to meet with troops and express their appreciation. The family participated in a Christmas tour that took them around the globe visiting military communities in Europe and combat zones alike. Any fan of the show knows the family values and morals that the Robertson family holds dear, so the heartwarming appreciation they have shown to the military community comes as no shock.
