Memes have become an important part of social media. They offer humorous insight many people can relate to. However, when this one went viral after being posted on a popular military culture Facebook page, the soldiers pictured on the left found themselves in hot water with their commander.

He wears his hat backwards in the comfort of his barracks room, away from those who would correct him. Social media has given undisciplined young soldiers an outlet to post their shenanigans, thinking they’re immune to any action from their chain of command. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Good luck when you walk through that door and back into reality Wade, err, excuse me…1publicenemy.

Although this is just a training casket, this photo is still beyond words. Calling this behavior disrespectful is putting it mildly. As if the image wasn’t offensive enough, the photo was posted by a Wisconsin National Guard member, Spc. Terry Harrison. She was removed from funeral detail indefinitely as public affairs scrambled to do damage control. They should have done more than that. None of you deserve to wear that uniform.
Because Spc. Terry Harrison is such an idiot, we figured we would share one more of her ‘special moments’. She continued to display her complete disregard for military funeral honors with this appalling image, which she later pulled from her Instagram account (it also featured the previous casket picture). Thankfully, she was removed from the funeral detail.
Not quite sure what’s going on here, but he wants the world to bear witness to whatever it is. Although he probably felt pretty proud of himself at the time, this is another good example of how not to represent the military on social media. This individual needs a little more training in social media etiquette, and from the looks of it – how to build out his kit. This is the most impractical and ridiculous setup we have seen.
